Rules & Regulations
To ensure your safety and enjoyment and that of other park visitors, please observe the following:
- Hours are dawn to dusk.
- Share the space and trail by being friendly and courteous with personal safety as a priority. Respect others and all private property.
- Enjoy use of the park and walking trail at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets must be leashed at all times.
- No motorized vehicles beyond designated parking spaces. Including, but not limited to, all motorized bikes, motorcycles, scooters, cars or golf carts.
- Golf carts may access the dog park at entrance along The Hills Drive only.
- No parking overnight.
- Athletic facilities to be used for intended purposes only. No organized athletic events of any kind allowed.
- Park restrooms will lock automatically for daily closures.
- No fires or fireworks allowed.
- Report concerns or issues to Village of the Hills at 512-261-6281 or helpdesk@thehillstx.gov.
- In case of emergency, Call 911.

Park Supervision & Safety of Children
Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and safety at the park. Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult.
Park Visitors & Their Dogs
In accordance with Village of The Hills Rules and Regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash and physically restrained at all times.
Hours are dawn to dusk.
Enjoy at your own risk; dog owners/handlers are liable for any injuries or damage caused by their dogs.
Current vaccinations and state registration are required.
Keep gates closed at all times.
No glass containers, food/treats (dog or human), or any harmful items.
Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owner/handler immediately.
Dogs must be under control and in view of the owner/handlers. Owners/handlers must be sixteen years of age or older.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Maximum of two dogs per owner/handler.
Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and exiting.
Aggressive dogs or those with signs of behavior issues must be removed immediately. Dogs in heat or that are sick are not allowed.

All contributions are received on behalf of the Parks & Recreation Commission and go directly toward enhancing the parks and community events.
